Extremely unreliable and disorganized. I booked this driver three days in advance and paid extra for a home pickup. He confirmed everything, but on the day of travel, he suddenly called 30 minutes before pickup saying he couldn’t come due to an address mix-up. I had to rush to find an Uber last minute under a lot of stress. Then he kept bombarding me with messages like “How long?” “How far،I am late?!! while I was still trying to get there. Completely unprofessional and stressful experience — not someone you can count on.
