"Not much communication between Jeff when he arrived late to pick us up. Time was moved from 6am to 5:45am which was no problem we arrived before pick up and waited 10 mins past pickup before getting word that he would be there later which things happen but not acceptable when the temperature is -18 without wind chill and pickup is in a spot with no place to wait inside. During the ride he proceeded to tell us we needed to pay him more for the pickup location we selected even though there was no mention of it in the ride description and when chatting through the app we settled on a price. During the trip he changed this price and said he did not say what he did in the chat and wanted $30 more in total which we did not feel comfortable doing as the app specifically states all payments are made through them. Communication needs improvement."
