"I'll driving to expand a week visiting my daughter in San Francisco into an enjoyable, escape-from-winter road trip.  The plan is get away from snow as quickly as possible, then drive no more than 6 hours a day to allow time for sightseeing and hiking through the southwestern USA.  The westbound leg of the trip will take up to 10 days, following Interstate 10.  The return leg, also 10 days starting February 26, will mostly follow Interstate 40.  I'll give preference to someone who wants a ride for the a whole leg (or even better, both) as opposed to only one small segment."
