Driver was unresponsive when I asked to specify pick-up location, both via messaging and phonecall. During the drive, he was texting while driving and making several calls which definitely distracted his driving so much so that he was swerving on the highway and i did not feel safe . Generally very nice and dropoff was smooth. I never ever leave poor reviews but i think this one is important because I really did fear for my safety during points of the drive.
