"I wish pickup locations could be better identified in advance of the agreed upon departure time in order not to waste time and delay the departure. If the subway stn has multiple exits, the driver must make sure his vehicle can be clearly identified and not be hiding somewhere in the back row. We wasted 45 minutes trying to find each other, and at one point the driver almost drove off without me."
