"The ride was scheduled for 6:30, but the driver called at 5:20 saying he was coming at 6:00 instead. I accidentally went to the wrong address, but I reached the correct location by 6:28. Even after I arrived on time, the driver was extremely rude. He started abusing my brother, who was just moving his car from the parking lot, and even said, “Why are you looking into my car?” for no reason. Very unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour. I would not recommend this driver based on this experience."
