Reliable, communicated well and genuinely a nice person. I was 10 minute late at pick up due to traffic and he communicate and accommodated me. He provided reasonable rest breaks and with prior communication was kind enough to drop me off at a location I requested as it was on the way. He ensured passengers were comfortable by checking in with us. He even offered to help others with their tire pressure at the rest stop. Only negative is that the vehicle does smell like cigarettes. However safe drive from Toronto to Montreal and I would drive again in the future.
