"Not a good experience at all. The driver arrived 25 minutes late without communicating or responding to calls nor texts. Then he drives for 45 min off route to a restaurant, buys food then goes to Ottawa all that without even telling the passengers. Unpleasant trip and arrived 1 hour late to destination."
