Main issue: incorrect pickup time - The ride was scheduled for 2:00 AM, but the information on the app said 12:00 AM. - Because it was nighttime and I was in an unfamiliar town, I rushed to make sure I was there on time. - I called the driver 11 times and messaged him because I had no idea what was happening. - When I arrived, there was no driver, so I had to wait 2 hours and was genuinely worried that he had already left me stranded. + There was also some confusion with the driver's name - Another passenger was waiting too, and she said her driver's name was Jimmy, while mine was listed as Jack. - We therefore assumed we were waiting for different drivers. - When the driver finally arrived at 2 AM, we asked about the name difference, and he explained that his name appears as Jimmy on Amigo and Jack on Poparide. - This added even more confusion, especially given the circumstances. Other than that: - The driver was friendly - The actual ride was good - I was able to sleep for most of the trip - He spent most of the ride talking on the phone, which was a little distracting Overall, the ride itself was fine, but the incorrect information and lack of communication made the pickup unnecessarily stressful, especially being alone at night in a town I wasn't familiar with, especially as a girl. Hopefully the information can be double-checked and updated for future rides."

"Jack change the van with another one and did not inform us and when I kept asking about his name till I find him I asked why do not you reply my message and why did not you mentioned the new van he did not care and. Told hi. I am not happy with this he told me you are not coming to you me and wan to kick me out of the car and threaten to call ten police. He is really the worst driver and can not depend on him . I really do not recommend him. Also yeh booking site did not care to know the real problem and look for the safety if the customers : they need it have strict rules for driver and do not accommodate such ba manner driver jack"

"He has his friend sitting at the front with him taking over a seat that a passenger could sit in instead he is squishing 3 passengers in a two seater. the incorrect car listed on the app He took in 6 people , 3 people at the back 2 in the middle there shouldn’t be 3 at the back . He has 7 passengers total including him . His driving is so wobbly and on top of that is charging 95$ per person . For 95$ I’m expecting high top notch service. But he is a very nice guy can’t lie"
