"Experience with Harsh was bittersweet. He did show up on time and ride was ok, but the car had a strong vibration on the back that made it impossible for me to rest and relax, on the contrary, I reached my destination with neck and back discomfort because of it. I did bring this up to Harsh but my comment, not only was not received, but responded with attitude, dismissiveness and minimization. Harsh did not even let me finish sentences, but asked me if I was a mechanic, this in a way to invalidate the obvious fact that the car had a mechanical problem causing the vibration. He even said that the car was brand new and extreme vibration was a normal part of being a passenger on a van, among other things, like if this were my first time taking a ride or doing it on a van, all of that while maintaining a defensive and dismisive attitude. People normally don't raise complaints on an attempt to avoid confrontation and that might explain it in case Harsh has not heard of this issue before, but I also think we are all responsible for the overall experience of Poparide as a platform and I also believe negative comments need to be received wirh politeness and profesionalism and, sadly, I did not receive any of those. My advice to Harsh is to revise the attitude, to adjust his professionalism level accordingly to the situation, and to start reading negative feedback as an opportunity to improve instead of taking it personal. Lastly, please ensure your car gets revised and fixed so the riding experience is up to the standards expected by people on this platform."
