"Sergio was a good driver and arrived on time , no issues at all during the drive. Overall it was a good experience. However I do want to be fair and mention that at the time of pickup, he parked at a location one side street over from the original location and since I was not native to the city or speak French it was very hard for me to figure out where he was. It was getting to the point where I was asking him multiple times to come to the agreed upon location, and him essentially refusing and him telling me to ask random strangers where this street was, although it was maybe 100meters away from him and he knew exactly where I was. This caused me a fair amount of stress and to be fair he was not far from the agreed upon intersection, but I made it abundantly clear my maps app was not working and the street he was mentioning did not have a sign. To which he was basically refusing and almost left me behind, although I was at the agreed upon location. I thought this was a tad bit unfair and was made to feel like the bad guy even though I showed up at the right place on time (again partial blame on me for not coming 10 mins ahead) . Overall good experience but starting out the trip that way was not fun, given I urgently needed to get back to my city that day. Other than this the drive itself was completely smooth with no issues, he’s a good driver, clean, respectful and punctual."
