"Overall, the trip was safe and professional, and Hargot was polite and sincere in apologizing for the delay. However, the timeliness and communication could have been much better. The trip didn't start until about 10:00 a.m., and there was no early communication about the delayed pickup or change in schedule. Better advance notice would have made the experience much smoother. Despite that, I felt safe throughout the journey and appreciated his professionalism."
