"The driver's app showed him that I would be at the first stop at 10am, but when I requested my booking I very clearly stated I would be at the second stop at 10:15am. He accepted the booking without reading the message. He called me at 10:15 and I was 2 minutes away, he kept yelling at me and saying he was going to leave. He was not very kind, and while I understand there was a miscommunication with the booking, he did not read the message I sent confirming I would be at the second stop when requesting the ride. He also drove kind of aggressively. I did get to Montreal, but the beginning of the trip was pretty intense and stressful and could've been handled much with a lot more kindness and respect."
