"Someone else showed up instead of the actual driver. We did not get informed that we were stopping in a random small town to pick up something, it delayed our arrival time by 1 hour.
I had to tell the driver to stop using the phone while driving because he went out of lane many times.
The car was filthy and smelled really bad I had to keep the window open the whole time.
Very disappointed and won’t travel with these people again"
