"The ride was significantly delayed. We were supposed to leave at 6:30 PM, then informed it would be 30 minutes later, but we actually departed nearly 50 minutes late. I messaged the driver to ask about canceling but didn’t receive a response. The trip itself also took much longer than expected, turning a 2-hour ride into a very tiring nearly 4 hour journey. Better communication and time management would have helped."
