"The drive itself was good, with a silent crew of passengers for the 2 hr drive.
However, I would have appreciated a better tone of communication. I was visiting the country and got confused with the pick up location. I'm sure there's a better way to communicate than say "Please read the address on the description " and "leaving in 3 minutes" when I was already rushing through the streets with 2 bags of luggage"
