"This was one of the most difficult passengers I’ve had. The profile photo showed a woman, but a man boarded the ride, even though the profile indicated a male passenger, which was confusing. Before the trip, I shared my trip guidelines requesting passengers to avoid long phone calls and to use earphones for any media. He ignored these guidelines throughout the journey. He spent most of the trip on loud phone calls using speaker mode, talking and laughing loudly, which disturbed other passengers who were trying to rest. He also watched videos without earphones, playing the audio out loud. Despite giving him two polite reminders, he continued the same behavior. At drop-off, he also requested to be dropped at a different location than the agreed destination for his convenience. I would not recommend this passenger, as his behavior created an uncomfortable experience for everyone else in the vehicle."
