The ride felt more like public transit at least there, passengers are usually considerate. From Ottawa to Montreal, two women talked loudly and laughed throughout, showing zero common sense. The driver never asked them to keep it down or respect others. He didn’t set or enforce any basic etiquette, made no effort to manage the noise, and for the price paid, I expected a quieter, more professional experience."
