"Not a very safe driver... he texted while on the highway, didn't signal consistently, and wore 2 earphones the whole time, which I think isn't legal. Also not super polite, he was on the phone nearly the whole time, took a pit stop without telling us what was going on, and took time to chat with friends at one of our scheduled stops. Also an extra person was added, which did not match the description of the number of seats, so we had to squish 3 to one row. Overall not the best service."
