"On the app, the driver gave the pickup time for 10:40am. He changed the time on the app to 9:40am and sent me a message about the change at 9:41am at which time he wasn’t even at the pickup point because he called me at 9:45am to ask where I was and that he was on his way to the pickup point. I told him I was going to be there at 10:06 and had to do a mad dash from my rental to the pickup point. He harassed me with calls on my way to the pickup point. This man(Chrislain) still had the nerve to tell me I was late when I got there a minute late at 10:07!!! The most unfortunate part of my journey today was that because I had to rush out of the rental room, I forgot my charger which I had to replace with even more money than I paid altogether for the entire ride and the taxi to my home(because of the inconvenient area he dropped me off even after I told him that wasn’t where I was supposed to alight) In all, it was a very bad experience and I will not be recommending him or the app to anyone henceforth. I was incredibly disappointed by the absolute lack of professionalism today. Poparide should do better driver screening."
