Passenger doors wont open from the inside...we left yorkdale at 2:45 and arrived in Ottawa at 9:30........the amount of times he almost hits someone or ends up on curb was ridiculous. In a full van when a passenger asked to turn on the ac...he said crack a window. Absolute joke. He will lie on his ride listing and say there wont be any stops along the way but stopped at an on route for 45 MINUTES while he had his nice meal and 30 cigarettes. Stops at random gas stations to get $20 gas and another cigarette. We DEMAND A REFUND."
