"No license plate provided on his profile. No space for passengers’ bags in the trunk - I was forced to seat all cramped into the back with bags surrounding me. I would also suggest to break slowly and not so abruptly and aggressively. It was really unpleasant sitting in the back in the middle of traffic. Despite the traffic, we arrived in to Ottawa in 2 hrs."
