"I had a terrible experience with this driver. Heading to the airport, it is completely expected for passengers to bring luggageS, yet he demanded an extra fee for my suitcases that was never mentioned in his listing. I actually texted him beforehand to let him know I had two lugages, even though that should go without saying for an airport drop-off. When we got to YUL airport, he abruptly told me "the price : $25" with zero politeness or basic courtesy. To make matters worse, he rudely told me to move "faster." He showed no professionalism or respect from start to finish. Avoid this driver."
