"Overall, it was an all right experience. The car was very clean and spacious, and the driving itself was good. We initially only had one stop, and it was relatively short, which was appreciated. The driver also showed up relatively on time, and he was professional and accommodating overall. However, there were a couple of things that bothered me (not going to speak for the other passengers). The first was the frequent phone use while driving, including switching between apps and checking texts. The second was the driver’s frequent and loud phone conversations. At first, these were relatively quiet and didn’t bother me much, but later he had a very long and noticeably loud phone conversation. Since all the passengers were quiet, the driver was essentially the only person making noise, and the conversation was loud enough that I couldn’t properly relax or enjoy the trip. Also, during the trip, he suddenly took an exit to a nearby station and stopped without saying a word to the passengers. He got out of the car while still on his phone, without explaining why we were stopping, how long the stop would be, or giving any instructions. I understand that drivers may need to take breaks, but some basic communication with the passengers would have made the situation much more comfortable and professional. Overall, the trip was okay, but the frequent phone use while driving and the lack of communication regarding the second stop were disappointing and took away from what could have otherwise been a very good experience."
