"Ash is a pleasant and friendly driver, who waited for a late passenger to arrive and accommodated riders well. The ride was decent but had some rough patches. Communication was fair through the app. However, the car was too full, leaving backrow passengers packed tightly for a 6+ hour drive. I empathized with them. Also, the major 15 minute stop felt rushed and short."
