"He was nice enough to do door-to-door at night, even though he was coming from Quebec City, stopping in Montreal then heading to Ottawa. However, he was half an hour late even after he called me being adamant that I be on time/insisted that he did not want to waste any time as he would definitely be at the pick up location at the designated time. It was due to construction-related delays, so fair enough. But the real issue was that he picked me up near Namur, then backtracked to the East end of Montreal to pick up another passenger, to then go back West towards Ottawa. He could have picked up this passenger first instead of wasting an hour on top of the 30 minutes I had already waited. Also, the B.O. in the car was nauseating, he asked me to check on Google Maps where the new passenger's drop-off location was instead of planning the trip himself or asking the new passenger to do it, and he kept waking me up as I was trying to sleep in the backseat with loud music and singing at midnight/1am, and requests for me to adjust the other passenger's baggage in the backseat so the other passenger (who had a lot of room) could recline her seat further, and driving seemed erratic towards the end of the trip (lots of swerving between lanes and he accidentally opened the backseat window). All in all, a 2-hour ride turned into a 3.5 hour odyssey."
