"The driver communicated very well throughout the ride, letting me know about the traffic delay, when he was nearby, and confirming the vehicle details. Getting on the ride was completely stress-free. He was a respectful driver and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The only downside was that the seating was a little tight and uncomfortable."
