"Ridwan is a good driver overall. We arrived in Toronto earlier than expected, and I appreciated how he kept everyone on schedule. The only issue was communication about the pickup order. He let me know that I would be picked up first, but only fairly close to when he was starting to collect passengers. I wish this had been communicated much earlier, as the misunderstanding almost caused me to miss the ride. I ended up taking a taxi across the city to meet him at the last pickup location, which cost me extra money. Other than that, the ride was smooth and efficient. Better communication about pickup timing in advance would make the experience much better."
