"Great driver and safe trip. He was able to manage the time and traffic very well. One issue is his profile stated 2 people max per row but actually there were 3 people in my row. I initially chose this trip because I wanted to be confortable during the 4 and half hour travel, because of my shoulder pain. It’s really a shame that it wasn’t as expected. I hope a better communication or arrangements for next time"
