"I am not happy because I arrived at the meeting point on time but forgot a bag containing important documents. I asked the driver if he could wait a few minutes for someone to bring me the bag, but he said he couldn't. I then suggested cancelling so I could get a refund, but he said he didn't know how to do that. I had booked three seats, yet he took the money even though we didn't make the trip. I would like a refund."
