"Great drive"

"It was a good ride overall, and Arith was pleasant. However, I would have appreciated a bit more punctuality and clearer communication about the timing. The pick-up was approximately 10 minutes late, and shortly after getting into the car, we waited about 25 minutes for the electric vehicle to charge. There was also another shorter charging stop during the trip. I think this could have been arranged at an earlier time before the trip, so that the passengers did not all have to sit and wait. There was limited flexibility regarding the pick-up and drop-off locations, although this was manageable for me. Since the ride was priced above average, a smoother and more timely experience would have been appreciated."
