He is an understanding, nice man.
Two passengers tried to be unreasonable.
The first one booked a drop-off location different from her intended drop-off. She didn’t communicate the change in location to the driver.
The second person wanted to wait in the car at her drop-off location until her Uber ride arrived delaying the rest of us.
He handled both situations calmly."
