Poparide turned 10 this last year and to celebrate, we\u2019ve refreshed our brand from top to bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carpooling is more than just getting from A to B, it\u2019s about people sharing a real-world experience<\/strong>, helping each other save money, while building connections along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why our new brand is designed to reflect you<\/strong>, our community: friendly, diverse, helpful, and full of character. Here\u2019s how we\u2019ve done it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new logo, with a smile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve said goodbye to the wheel and hello to a smile, because carpooling isn\u2019t actually about cars, it\u2019s about people helping each other get around<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our new logo is simple, friendly, and a nod to those shared IRL moments that make every trip memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our new colours are softer and more diverse, chosen to reflect the wide range of people who make up our community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve picked a new typeface that feels a little old-school (in a good way). It\u2019s clear, friendly, and easy to read, helping us bring more warmth and personality into everything from our marketing to our in-app instructions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also feels more human<\/strong>, so it\u2019s right on brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smarter, more meaningful illustrations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

We\u2019ve kept our illustrative style simple, while adding more depth and detail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our new illustrations include hints of Canadian landscapes and highlight the diversity of our members<\/strong>, all while staying true to the light, clear aesthetic you\u2019re used to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big shout out to our talented designer Cheryl Loh<\/a><\/em> for these amazing illustrations!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An updated app that\u2019s easier to use<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

We\u2019ve made some key changes to help you post and find trips faster. Our new tabs on the home screen give you direct access to the features you use most. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve also reduced the number of colours across the app to make your experience cleaner and more intuitive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh, and we\u2019re working on a completely new trip posting experience, stay tuned for more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
